These introductory website offers are available to Townsprig’s first three new clients. Your written agreement confirms the scope, timeline, payment schedule, and delivery arrangements before work begins. Existing clients follow their signed agreements.
Both options include
A custom website with a mobile-friendly layout, a contact form, and two consolidated revision rounds during the initial build. Page counts, SEO services, and ongoing care depend on the option below.
Website & care: $297/month
No setup fee. Review a homepage direction before committing, then pay the first month before we complete the website. The initial commitment is six monthly payments of $297 ($1,782 total). The billing start date and launch schedule are confirmed in writing.
Unlimited custom pages, hosting, HTTPS, domain connection, and publishing are included. There is no fixed page limit or additional per-page charge. We agree on priorities and a delivery schedule for the initial website and new pages as your business grows.
Full SEO optimization includes on-page and technical work: page titles and descriptions, headings, internal links, image descriptions, sitemaps, indexing checks, and mobile performance improvements. We continue optimizing as the site grows and changes. Paid advertising and external link-building campaigns are separate. Rankings, traffic, and leads cannot be guaranteed.
Ongoing maintenance includes website updates, bug fixes, and content changes throughout your active subscription. Send us your requests and we agree on priorities and timing. Custom software or integrations outside your business website are scoped and quoted separately before work begins.
After the first six months
Your plan continues month to month at $297 while your subscription remains active. After the minimum term, cancel by emailing townsprig@gmail.com before the next billing date. Service continues through your paid period. Your agreement explains when hosting ends and any ownership, export, or buyout arrangements. Monthly care does not automatically include the separate file-handoff purchase.
Build & handoff: $997 once
This option includes up to three custom pages and initial on-page SEO setup: page titles, descriptions, headings, image descriptions, and a sitemap. Additional pages are quoted separately. Ongoing SEO optimization and maintenance are not included.
Pay $498.50 before the build and $498.50 before file delivery. You receive the website source files, project assets, and build/setup instructions. Your agreement records rights to the custom work and any third-party licenses.
You or your developer arrange compatible hosting, domain connection, HTTPS, form delivery, and any required accounts, then publish and maintain the site. Hosting, deployment, ongoing edits, and ongoing technical support are not included in this option.
Business support services
Business services can be requested separately or alongside a website plan. They are not included in website-plan prices. Starter prices cover the listed deliverables; your written agreement confirms timing, revisions, payment dates, cancellation terms, and any additional work before you commit.
- Inquiry follow-up — $199 setup + $29/month: Form to lead tracker, acknowledgment email, and owner notification.
- Google Business Profile care — $99 setup + $49/month: Profile cleanup, a review link, monthly updates, and written review replies.
- Social media content — $99/month: Four posts per month using your supplied photos, adapted for Facebook and Instagram.
- Customer email campaigns — $79/month: One branded email per month for your existing subscriber list.
- Office automation — $199–$399 setup: One simple workflow connecting two existing tools. The final setup price depends on the agreed workflow; ongoing support is scoped separately.
- Text FAQ assistant — $249 setup + $39/month: Up to 20 approved FAQs, inquiry capture, and contact handoff. Channels and placement are agreed before setup.
- Templates and small tools — $19–$49 each: Calculators, intake templates, and trackers. We confirm the item and price before payment.
You supply accurate business details, approved FAQ answers, photos you have rights to use, and access to the accounts needed for your project. Content approval and publishing responsibilities are agreed in advance. Customer email campaigns use an existing permission-based subscriber list, not purchased or cold-contact lists.
Software subscriptions, messaging or AI usage fees, advertising, and other third-party costs are separate and confirmed before work begins. These are services delivered for your business; submitting an inquiry does not activate an assistant, workflow, or subscription.
Your domain stays yours
You own the domain in a registrar account you control and pay registration and renewal directly. Monthly clients receive domain-connection help. One-time clients arrange setup themselves. Business email, paid booking tools, advertising, and other third-party fees are separate. Prices are in USD; any applicable tax is shown before payment.
Getting ready
You provide accurate business information, feedback, and logos, text, and photos you own or have permission to use. The project timeline is agreed after reviewing your content and scope. You approve the finished website before launch or handoff.
