$500 per month. Hosting included. A six-month minimum, then month to month. Your written agreement confirms the project scope, timeline, billing start date, and handoff arrangements before payment begins.

The core plan: $500 USD per month

No upfront design fee. The plan includes a custom website with up to six pages, a mobile-friendly layout, hosting and HTTPS, two consolidated revision rounds during the initial build, one hour of changes to existing content each month, and one agreed SEO improvement with a short monthly report. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment.

Six months to start. Monthly after that.

The initial commitment is six months at $500 per month: $3,000 total, billed monthly. There is no separate upfront design fee. After the first six months, the plan continues at $500 per month. You can then cancel before the next billing date by emailing townsprig@gmail.com. Service continues through the period you have paid for.

Hosting is included

Townsprig arranges and pays for your website hosting while the plan is active. Publishing, HTTPS, and keeping the site running are part of the service. You do not need a separate website hosting plan. Domain registration and renewal remain yours to pay and control.

Monthly care

Updates cover existing text, photos, links, and business information. Unused monthly update time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, complex integrations, and custom software are quoted separately before work starts. Hosting care includes maintaining the published website and addressing site issues within the agreed scope.

Search improvements

Work may include page titles and descriptions, headings, internal links, service content, image descriptions, and other relevant improvements. The monthly priority is agreed around your business. Search rankings, traffic, and inquiry volume cannot be guaranteed.

What is separate

You pay your domain registrar directly and keep control of the domain account. Business email, paid booking tools, advertising, premium plugins, and other third-party subscriptions are separate unless explicitly included in your agreement. Professional photography, ongoing social media management, and large online stores are outside the core plan.

Before we begin

Your agreement records the six-month minimum and the month-to-month arrangement that follows it, along with your scope and first payment date. It also explains website ownership, any handoff or export arrangements, and when hosting ends if you leave. Owning your domain is separate from ownership of the website files. Review these details before subscribing.

Your part in a good launch

You provide accurate business details, timely feedback, and photos, logos, and text you own or have permission to use. You review and approve the website before launch. We’ll help you connect the domain while keeping account ownership with you.
